Don’t miss out on the tastiest meal of the year. Five delicious bacon-themed courses paired with five bourbons. Plus a bourbon expert will be there to discuss the intricacies of each pour. If you like bourbon – or bacon – you’re not going to want to miss this!

Individual tickets are $125 or a reserved table that seats 8 is $1,000.

This year’s menu: 

1st Course: Pass The Salt Billy Jo! – Drunken watermelon salad with honey, bourbon bacon topped with sea salt

2nd Course: Back Roads Pork Belly – Bourbon pork belly with Carolina caviar

3rd Course: Charlie’s Trotter – Split pig trotter topped with fresh garlic and parsley, topped with “sooie” broth, served with a baked sweet potato with bourbon, brown sugar butter. 

4th Course: Dees Ribs are Da Bomb – Jordan Dees slow cooked ribs topped with peach bourbon pork belly BBQ sauce, served with Duplin County Street Corn (pork cracklings, farmers cheese, parsley, and Eastern Carolina BBQ aioli)

5th Course: Redneck Banana Pudding Cannoli – Banana Pudding piped into a bacon shell
