Bacon-Potato Salad

Servings: 12

Cooking Directions
Combine potatoes, green onions, and sweet pickle juice. Mix the sour cream and mayonnaise together, then add the crumbled bacon - toss gently, cover and chill.

 

1 Pound Bacon, cooked well, drained between paper towels, and crumbled

4 Pounds red potatoes, peeled, chopped, and cooked till tender, not mushy

5 Green onions, diced

1/2 Cup sour cream

½ Cup mayonaise

1 Tablespoon sweet pickle juice

2 Teaspoons salt (optional)

1 Tablespoon white pepper
