Cooking Directions Spread bacon over pie shell. Beat eggs, cream, salt and cheese together. Pour over bacon. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 40 minutes.
20 slices bacon, crisp-cooked, drained well and crumbled
1 9-inch unbaked pie shell
5 beaten eggs
2 ½ cups cream
1 cup Swiss cheese, diced
